The Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations (DCFR) is an independent, nonprofit nonpartisan membership organization dedicated to advancing dialogue and understanding relevant global issues.
Originally an affiliate of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, DCFR is now the premier organization of its kind in North Texas.
Founded in 1987, DCFR takes no institutional positions on matters of policy and has no affiliation with the U.S. government.
