Founded on January 18, 1987 to enhance the dialogue between leading citizens of Dallas and the practitioners and analysts of foreign policy, DCFR was established by Richard W. Fisher, Chairman | Philip O’B. Montgomery, Secretary & Dennis J. O’Brien, Program Director.
Since our founding in 1987, we have had the honor of hosting speakers from all over the world representing numerous countries and their governments.
