Roger Wallace is vice president of government affairs and corporate communications at Pioneer Natural Resources. Previously he served as president and CEO of Investamex, an investment and consulting firm he cofounded in 1993. During the NAFTA negotiations Roger was minister counselor for commercial affairs at the United States Embassy in Mexico City. From 1989 to 1991, he served as deputy under secretary for international trade at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Roger has an MA from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He currently serves as cochair of the Woodrow Wilson Center’s Mexico Institute advisory board. He also served five years as chairman of the Inter-American Foundation.
